For all racing fanatics and car design lovers, the Bugatti Armchair is an exceptional piece of furniture capturing the form of the timeless classic super cars of the 1930s.

Ergonomically comfortable, its voluptuous shape, reminiscent of the Bugatti Atlantic 1936, is a feature in any interior. The inclined seat pulls you in for a relaxed, nestled feel and experience.

The Armchair’s rich presence balances with a light, aerodynamic form, which make it fit with other furniture and accessories in your interior.

Cuberious produces Franz Romero’s Bugatti Armchair in classic or premium leather in a variety of colours.

Franz Romero

Franz Romeo is particularly interested in flexible construction with a mobile character. He attaches great importance to the quality of the details and the consistent pulling through of the design idea. He completed his architectural studies at the Technikum Winterthur and at the ETH Zurich.

He completed his education by studying at the Institute of Architecture and Urban Studies, New York. In 1982 he presented his first furniture prototypes. He regards furniture design as "microarchitecture" in which he appreciates the freedom limited only by the anatomical conditions.

His DS-57 is world wide well known...
