Transport and delivery service:

We offer free shipping within Dominican Republic for all of our products! For deliveries outside the Dominican Republic, the actual incurred shipping costs are charged additionally. Customs and fees are charged separately.


Larger furniture is shipped by one of our competent logistics partners, such as DSV DHL Forwarding (smaller products, such as our accessories, are shipped by parcel services such as eg DHL, GLS, UPS).


The delivery time for items in stock is usually 3-7 working days.
Items that are not in stock have a maximum estimated delivery period of 10-16 weeks.
After arriving at the storage facility in the Santo Domingo, the delivery time of the dispatcher is usually 7-10 working days.


For the delivery of general cargo (larger furniture), the dispatcher will be in contact by telephone to notify of the planned delivery date! The delivery is generally at "curbside." We will not cover expenses for additional transport to the final site (e.g., an apartment house, 4th floor). This must be organized by the recipient.


With regard to the delivery of your furniture, please observe the following. Insofar as you comply with this information, you will not incur any legal or financial disadvantages. And you will be facilitating the problem-free processing of your purchase. In your own interest, please observe that you should never issue the dispatcher a “clean receipt,” if damage to the packaging or the furniture is evident!


In order to facilitate a later claim, please accept the goods, but be sure to make a note as to the extent of the damage to the shipment or packaging on the consignment document, no matter what the delivery agent may try to explain to you, and have the damage acknowledged and confirmed! After doing so, a closer inspection of the goods should be done in the presence of the delivery agent (open the packaging and check for obvious visible damage). Contact us, if needed.


The risk of damage cannot be completely eliminated. In case of damage, we ask you to send us digital photographs and a written description within 3 working days after receipt of the goods to [email protected]


If you confirm the receipt of damaged packaging without a written comment, this is considered a “clean receipt” and it will not be possible to make a subsequent claim against the dispatcher for transport damage. In the case of a justified complaint, the consignment document is proof.
